Are your dresses ready to ship?
No. Our dresses are made to order. Each order is prepared and handmade after purchase rather than shipped from large ready-made stock.
How long does production take?
Standard tailoring and production usually takes 5–10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days to the United States and 7–15 business days to Europe. Total estimated delivery time is generally 12–25 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We serve customers in the United States, Europe, and many other international destinations.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I return a dress if I change my mind?
Because our dresses are handmade and made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and assist where appropriate.
Will the dress look exactly the same as on my screen?
We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric batches, and handmade finishing.
What is your return period?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us before sending any return.
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or shows delivered but has not been received, please contact us at support@xyrphos.top and we will assist you in checking the shipment and providing an appropriate solution.
