Required Customization Information
When purchasing a customized or made-to-order item, customers should provide complete order information where applicable, including:
- Size
- Color
- Preferred measurements
- Style preferences
- Order notes / remarks
Recommended Product Page Fields
- Size: S / M / L / XL / 2XL / Custom Size
- Color: Please select your preferred color
- Custom Measurements: Bust / Waist / Hip / Height / Weight (if applicable)
- Order Notes: Please leave any additional requirements or remarks
Production Time
Customized or personalized products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the item and order details.
Changes and Cancellations
Customers should review their customization details carefully before placing an order. Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns and Refunds for Custom Items
Because customized and made-to-order items are produced according to the customer’s selected requirements, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order details.
