1. Return Window
Eligible standard ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Include original tags, labels, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Be free from perfume, makeup marks, stains, pet hair, smoke odor, damage, or signs of use.
- Be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Personalized, custom-made, altered, or made-to-order items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or affected by odor.

4. How to Request a Return

- The email address used at checkout.
- The product name and quantity.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description.
Please do not send any return parcel without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

7. Partial Refunds

11. Late or Missing Refunds
